We are happy to bring you the latest photographs and progress report from Umang, our sustainable apartment community that’s steadily taking shape! Despite the monsoon having officially kicked in here in Kochi, our dedicated team is working diligently and maintaining a strong pace.
We're excited to announce a significant milestone: the casting of the 2nd slab has been successfully completed! This brings us another step closer to realizing the vision of Good Earth Umang and seeing its form emerge from the ground.
In parallel with the vertical progress, the groundwork for your future recreational spaces in the ground and first floor are also well underway. Excavation of the soil and concreting of the base and walls of the swimming pool on the ground floor is done. Imagine those refreshing dips once the community is ready – we're building that dream, one stroke at a time!
The recent monsoon rains are a testament to nature's rhythm, and while they bring their own set of challenges, our construction team is well-prepared and committed to ensuring work progresses steadily.
