The Shift You Almost Missed

“Your neighborhood, blossoming every day.”
Take a walk around, and you’ll notice delicate transformations everywhere: rooftops reaching their final height, green spaces filling with life, and community areas gradually turning into places to gather, relax, and celebrate. It’s your home taking shape — and the view keeps getting better.

Construction Updates

The Details Come Alive

Phase 1 has already shown its progress last month… yet endeavors continue, revealing themselves in their own rhythm. Some roofs reach completion without fanfare, while other ground floors unveil nuances you may have overlooked before.
Inside, finishing craft uncovers tiny patterns and details that were hidden last month… have you noticed how these small touches whisper the home’s personality?

Tiling begins in corners where it wasn’t visible earlier, and plastering edges now display refined finishing… moments of beauty you may have missed are slowly coming to light.
From structural details to roofs rising gracefully, Phase 1 hums with a gentle rhythm, patiently waiting to share its story.

Quiet Growth, Emerging Form

Phase 2 moves forward, quietly, almost without notice.
For a moment… everything seems still.
Then—shape begins to emerge. Walls rise where only waiting stood. Roofs reach their completion above, settling into place as if naturally meant to be.

Ground floors take form in parts,
while work continues overhead, spreading across several homes
Progress does not announce itself.
It reveals, patiently, only when the moment has arrived.

Secrets Waiting to Be Revealed

Phase 3 is still unfolding… brickwork reaches lintel level, columns rise, and layout marking is underway.

Retaining walls are taking shape, but Phase 3 still awaits RERA approval, so the full picture remains hidden.

Even so, hidden edges and unseen corners quietly hint at the homes yet to be revealed, teasing what’s coming next.

Quiet  Signs of Life

Beyond construction, the land has revealed its readiness in quiet ways. A bulbul’s nest rests undisturbed among the trees, and a hornbill was also spotted nearby — small but telling signs that the environment feels safe enough for life to settle in. These moments don’t draw attention to themselves, yet once noticed, they quietly affirm the balance taking shape here.

The soil has given its yield. Cocoa, Root crops, bananas, papaya and seasonal vegetables were harvested in their natural cycle. These were not curated displays, but everyday acts of tending and gathering, reflecting a rhythm beyond timelines.

Cultural life, too, continued quietly around the land. Theyyam rituals took place as part of the local calendar, uninterrupted and unchanged, reminding us that this landscape carries stories far older than the present development. The presence of tradition remained subtle but grounding — not staged, simply lived.

Within this already-settled rhythm, human activity found its place. Open pockets of space and shaded ground were used for a yoga retreat, where calm routines unfolded naturally. There was no performance to it — just time spent in stillness. Even after the retreat concluded, the sense of quiet remained, as if the space had absorbed it.

“Look closely, and you’ll see — today’s moments are just the first hints of what is yet to unfold.”
