Construction at the Octave site is progressing steadily. Flooring work is underway in some west-side houses, while brickwork up to the first floor has been completed in 51 units.
Houses that are structurally completed are now progressing with electrical chasing and plumbing works.
In the coming month, foundation work for the STP will begin. Construction will progress on ground- and first-floor brickwork, first-floor slabs, electrical chasing, plumbing, drainage works, and flooring across the site.
