Around 95% of the houses are now structurally complete, and electrical chasing work has begun in those that are ready.
The STP works are steadily taking shape, while landscape marking and levelling are currently in progress.
At the same time, the compound wall is starting to take form, giving the project a well-defined boundary.
Electrical chasing, plumbing, and flooring works are nearing completion on the remaining units.
Landscape work and puffed panel roofing is progressing and will continue in the coming days.
