Significant progress is visible across the Ochre site.
The east-side homes are advancing with the first-floor slab work, while the west-side homes have completed the ground-floor brickwork. On the north side, the homes are ready for the stilt floor slab casting, and on the south side, the plinth work is complete, with a few homes having commenced brickwork.
Additionally, the compound wall and pump room works are progressing steadily, reflecting consistent progress across the site.
The stilt floor slab casting is nearing completion, and brickwork will soon begin for most of the homes.
