Progress Update: Ground Floor Slab And Brickwork Advancements

Project progress this month
Ground floor slab casting is complete for Plots 04, 05, and 06, marking a major milestone in the construction progress.
Ground floor brickwork is 80% complete for Plots 02 and 03, and it’s exciting to see the rooms starting to take shape.
While some homes are beginning their journey with foundation work, others are already seeing their first floors come up. Each plot is progressing at its own pace, but all are on track.
In addition to the homes, compound wall work across the site is 40% complete, giving a clear structure to the layout of the community. Work on the tanks and pump room has also begun, with about 20% completed, laying the groundwork for essential services and infrastructure.

What’s Next
In the coming month, the ground floor brick work for a few more houses will be completed, and ground floor slab casting will progress for other homes, along with pile cap and plinth beam work.
