The project is progressing at a strong pace overall, with several plots moving into advanced stages and eastern homes already achieving key milestones, including second floor slab completion.
On the western side, compound wall work is fully complete, while the blockwork and lintel work are nearing completion across most units.
First floor construction is well underway, with slabs completed in multiple plots, and second floor work has begun in more advanced units with consistent progress.
In the coming weeks, the brick work and slab completions are scheduled for remining unit.
